The hotel's convenient location in the center of Clausthal makes it easy to explore the town. Free parking and a smooth check-in process were a plus. Great central location near shops, with ample parking at the rear of the hotel. Spacious suite with comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast and amazing sauna. Friendly staff who spoke English well.

The hotel was located in a great area, just a short walk from the town center. the surrounding forest provided a scenic backdrop that was perfect for adventurous travelers. the room was spacious and well, furnished, with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable. the bathroom was clean and well, maintained, with plenty of hot water for showers. the breakfast provided a wide range of options, from warm pastries to fresh fruit and yogurt.
The staff seemed a bit uninterested in providing top, notch service. Despite the hotel's convenient location, the check, in process was slow and inefficient.
